Routine maintenance is critical to maximizing the life of your scooter. Your bike should be serviced at least once per year, or by the following service intervals.

Service Intervals

Every scooter and motorcycle has a set number of miles when services should be completed. These services vary depending on your make, model, and engine size. A routine service covers all the basic requirements for keeping your bike running it’s best; oil change, cleaning the air filter, checking or changing the spark plug, etc. A major service requires the drive-belt and rollers to be changed, and with all the basics of the routine service. Valve adjustments are also a type of service that most bikes require to be done either a few thousand miles before, after, or during a major service.
